Bill Lozevski – Development Manager

Bill joined Stasia in 2018 and is working on the development, implementation and delivery of Stasia’s projects.

Bill has over 25 years’ experience within the property industry having started his career as a Project Engineer within the construction industry and then moving across to property development. Prior to joining Stasia, Bill held roles with Lendlease, Macquarie Bank, Australand and Multiplex.

Bill has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from The University of Wollongong, Certificate in Surveying and Property Finance and Investment Diploma from the Property Council of Australia.

John Frilingos – Project Manager

John joined Stasia in 2000 and is working on the development and delivery of Stasia’s  projects and the management of the Stasia Property Portfolio

John is a qualified structural engineer and has over 25 years’ experience within the property industry.

John has a Bachelor of Engineering (Structural) from The University of Technology Sydney and is a registered qualified contractor with a builder’s Licence.

Matthew Harris – Project Coordinator

Matt joined Stasia in 2020 as an undergraduate student, eager to apply his knowledge and expand his industry experience.

Having graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, Matt continues his work focused on Property Management, Research, and Feasibility Studies.

Evi Karageorge – Accounts Manager

In 2023, Evi joined the team as an undergraduate student at the University of Sydney, studying a Bachelor of Commerce and Advanced Studies, majoring in Finance and Accounting. Evi is currently working at Stasia part-time, focusing on property management and account tracking while completing her degree.
