In order to meet the growing need for commercial space in Sydney’s ever-expanding CBD, Stasia provided alterations and additions to the existing heritage commercial office building in order to create a further 1000m2 of commercial space. Alterations included the construction of a third level to accommodate commercial tenants, and demolition of the existing garage in order to construct a three storey infill with ground floor parking and further commercial space.
